What is your Warranty on MojoSacs?
We are so confident in our product and the quality of the materials that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our MojoSacs. Our Sacs will stay fluffed for life and will never go flat. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the cover and sac. If anything goes wrong with your sac please contact us and let us know. We will replace the sac with a new one. Our sacs never go flat or leak, ever.

What is the difference between you and the Competition?
There are a lot of competitors out there on the web. If you are looking at purchasing a Poof Chair, Love Sac, Foof Chair, Siesta Sak, or even a Utter Comfort Bag, think about this first: We have a special patented method of making and shredding the foam that fills the sack. It creates a very fluffy and comfortable sack. Because of this patented method, we are the number one product for comfortable and durable furniture and we can't be duplicated.

Do you sell your covers separately?
Our MojoSac covers are durable and very soft. They will add to any bean bag or foam filled sack, but we recommend buying a complete MojoSac because of the perfect fit. We do sell the covers separately. If you would like to purchase a cover separately please view our "covers only" for prices and shipping info.

What is your return policy?
We know you will be completely satisfied with your MojoSac. If for any reason you would like to return your MojoSac or maybe exchange for another size just let us know. Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your MojoSac. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and the product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.

How long does it take to ship?
We ship the product out within 3-5 days. We ship using UPS Ground which generally takes 5-7 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time. We can send you the tracking number so you can find out when it will be delivered. We get them out to you as soon as we can because we know your excited to get your MojoSac.

Do you give discounts for multiple orders or return customers?
MojoSac.com customers are loyal customers because once you purchase a MojoSac you won't settle for anything less. We honor our return customers and customers that order more than one by giving a discount. Please contact us for discount codes for return customers or discounts on multiple orders.

Where are you located for local pick-up?
We are located in Orem, UT. You can call and schedule a time to pick one up for no charge, or if you would like we can deliver as well.

Do you have any offline stores?
We have our MojoSac placed in different businesses in Orem, UT. If you would like to see a sac or sit in one please contact us and we can arrange a time to meet you or let you know directions to a store to see a MojoSac.

Can we order extra foam?
Yes, we sell extra foam in increments of 5 lbs. If you would like to order more foam follow this link (More Foam).

What is Polyurethane?
Polyurethane, is any polymer consisting of a chain of organic units joined by urethane links. Polyurethane polymers are formed by reacting a monomer containing at least two isocyanate functional groups with another monomer containing at least two alcohol groups in the presence of a catalyst. Is the cover machine washable?
MojoSacs covers can be either dry cleaned or machine washed, and washing the cover won’t change the durability or texture of the cover! When washing your cover you should use cold water (as with any colored material), and it should be done on the knit cycle because Microsuede (the material we use for our covers) is a microfiber knit blend fabric..

What is Microsuede?
Microsuede is a microfiber knit blend fabric with a soft finish, but is easily distinguishable from actual suede leather. It has a great deal of stretch, and is very popular in upholstery as well as garments. (more on Microsuede)
